The menu is a delightful celebration of contemporary American cuisine, artfully balancing hearty entrees with lighter options. Standouts include the Prime Filet Mignon, a sumptuous cut that melts in your mouth for $60, and the perfectly executed Stuffed Trout at $36, praised by diners as a standout dish worthy of a visit from any seafood lover. The Roasted Chicken ($34) offers a comforting, well-seasoned option, while the Spring Tagliatelle is an elegant pasta dish that garnered mixed reviews due to portion size but remains a thoughtful offering for those craving something lighter.

Complement your meal with enticing sides like the Roasted Asparagus or Glazed King Oyster Mushrooms, which bring fresh, earthy notes to balance richer mains.
Lucky Hare also shines with its appetizers and starters. Oyster aficionados will appreciate the weekly flown-in selection of fresh oysters—described by guests as a true testament to quality and freshness—served alongside delightful Brussels sprouts that provide a perfect savory crunch. Way overpriced for what we got. We were looking forward to a specific dish with red shrimp. The delivery truck for seafood didn't make it for the week so we got the pot roast tagliatelle. 34.00 a serving for about a cup of the pot roast and noodles. The old fashions were good as was the smoked trout dip. Trout dip needed more crusty bread for the amount of dip. Trout dip was 19.00.

Service, Food, and Atmosphere were all fantastic. Our party of six were comped with free wine and cocktails because our reservation was a little late due to another table. We started with six oysters and the brussels sprouts. The oysters are flown in weekly and tasted very fresh. The brussels sprouts were also delightful as an appetizer. As far as the atmosphere goes, it felt very cozy and inviting but upscale at the same time. I ordered the steak fritas and the chimichurri paired excellent, highly recommend. The best restaurant I’ve experienced in the north GA area!

Great hidden gem in Georgia. One needs to note it is more of a fine dining experience given the area (Big Canoe neighborhood is across the street). Food reminds me of NYC, but strangely this restaurant is in rural Georgia. Stuff trout is amazing, my kids loved their burger and friend chicken fingers with my daughter telling me it is best burger she has had.

We came for dinner on a Saturday (didn’t end up needing a reservation) and enjoyed it! They just changed their menu to the fall menu - the roasted squash appetizer and the beef tagliatelle were amazing! We also got the focaccia, smash burger and dark chocolate gelato which were all so good! Our waitress, Abby, was so kind and gracious when I didn’t like the cocktail I ordered and helped me pick up a new one. Love that most of their food is from local farmers and businesses. We’d recommend and will be back next time we’re in the area!

This place is a real gem. The food tasted fresh, well seasoned, and the servers were attentive. The gyro tasted so light and flavorful! The best I've had in a long time. The pita was so soft! The fries...omg had a nice crispness and flavor to it. Love love love this place. Can't wait to go back! The salmon dip was pretty tasty and it was still tasted good the next day. Great portions!

had a great brunch here. The steak was incredible, easily the highlight of the meal. The only downside was the eggs I first got were undercooked, and it took a bit before the server came by to replace them. The new ones were much better. Aside from that, the atmosphere was great and the server was very friendly. Overall, a pretty good experience.

The Lucky Hare looks amazing! What a wonderful ambiance. The service was very friendly. I’m glad they were able to seat us (my parents and I) even though we didn’t have a reservation. My parents split the smash burger. (They eat like birds, so splitting one entrée was perfectly enough for them) and I had the steak frites. I actually didn’t quite care for the relish / slaw thing that it came with. It was ok.. other people may really like it, but it was just ok for me. I asked for a steak sauce, and the waitress brought over an au jus that was out of this world!! It was SO GOOD. I wasn’t going to finish the steak, but I did because of this amazing dipping sauce. So flippin good. They need to add it to that dish on the side so you don’t have to wait & ask for it. The dessert was really good, too! S’mores ice cream, with toasted marshmallows and everything! Delish. I’d love to come again and try other things on the menu. :)

What a cool place … this picture is off of their brunch menu … so so good. The people were so nice. I cannot wait to go back and try their dinner. Check them out on Facebook. She said they have a lot of fun activities, including wine, tastings, etc..
